- **Prototyping**: Experience in creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Axure, or InVision.
- **Responsive Design**: Ability to design interfaces that work across multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- **Design Systems**: Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems, libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency in design across products.

**UX Design Skills**:

- **User Research**: Conducting qualitative and quantitative research through methods like surveys, interviews, and analytics to understand user needs and behavior.
- **User Personas & Empathy Mapping**: Creating detailed user personas and mapping user journeys to ensure the design meets user expectations and pain points.
- **Wireframing & Mockups**: Creating low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that serve as blueprints for the product interface.
- **Usability Testing**: Running usability tests, A/B testing, and gathering user feedback to improve the design and ensure the product is intuitive.
- **Information Architecture**: Structuring and organizing content in a way that enhances usability and makes information easy to find and navigate.

**Interaction Design**:

- **Interaction Design Principles**: Knowledge of how to design user interactions that are intuitive, seamless, and engaging.
- **Microinteractions**: Designing subtle animations and transitions that enhance the user experience without overwhelming the interface.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- **Communication Skills**: Ability to present design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain the rationale behind design decisions.
- **Collaboration with Developers**: Working closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and can be feasibly executed.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Basic Front-End Development**: While not mandatory, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or basic familiarity) can be beneficial for communicating with developers.
- **Version Control Tools**: Familiarity with tools like Git, especially in collaborative work environments.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Problem Solving**: The ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges and enhance the user experience.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in design, ensuring all elements are polished and consistent.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
- **Adaptability**: Being flexible and open to feedback, and iterating on designs based on evolving project needs and insights.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
