Job Description: Digital Marketing Internship

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target demographics, and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track ROI and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas, campaigns, and promotions to drive traffic and conversions.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and presentations, to enhance brand visibility and communication.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., marketing, communications, digital media) or recent graduate within the past year.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends to optimize marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
