**Preparing Items for Packing**:Inspecting items for damage, ensuring they are complete, and selecting appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move boxes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Keeping the packing area tidy and managing inventory efficiently.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborating with other packers and warehouse staff.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to follow instructions and report issues clearly.
- **Basic Math Skills**: For weighing items and calculating quantities.
- **Experience with Packing Equipment**: (Optional) Knowledge of pallet wrappers, forklifts, or other relevant machinery.
- **Understanding of Safety Procedures**: Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and handling of materials.
- **Packing and Sealing**:Carefully wrapping items, placing them in appropriate containers, and sealing them securely with tape or other methods.
- **Maintaining Inventory**:Keeping track of packing materials and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Work Area**:Ensuring the packing station is free of clutter and hazards.
- **Loading/Unloading (sometimes)**:Assisting with loading packed items onto trucks or other transportation.
- **Following Safety Procedures**:Adhering to company safety guidelines and protocols for handling materials and operating equipment.
- **Reporting Issues**:Notifying supervisors of any damaged items, discrepancies, or safety concerns.

Pay: ₹18,886.00 - ₹30,690.35 per month
