_**Job Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Inventory Auditing**:

- Conduct regular physical stock audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
- Reconcile stock records with actual physical stock, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure stock valuation and inventory transactions are compliant with accounting principles and organizational policies.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyse stock movements, usage trends, and inventory ratio.
- Prepare audit form on stock discrepancies, findings, and recommendations.
- Provide recommendations for improving inventory management, stock control, and operational efficiency.

**Compliance & Internal Controls**:

- Ensure adherence to stock-related internal controls and accounting standards.
- Identify areas of risk in stock management and propose strategies for mitigating these risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and MIS departments to obtain necessary data and clarify discrepancies.
- Communicate audit findings to senior management and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits, providing stock-related information and documentation.

**System & Process Improvements**:

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to inventory management systems and processes.
- Help with the integration of new inventory management technologies or systems.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of process improvements.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-4 years of experience in inventory auditing, communication with Stores and Warehouse.
- **Certifications**: DCA (Diploma in Computer Application).
- **Skills**:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and stock control systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, inventory management software, and ERP systems.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Preferred Qualifications**_**:

- Experience of inventory management.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- **Work Environment**:_
- Full-time position with occasional travel to warehouse or retail locations for stock verification.
- The role may require extended hours during busy periods, such as year-end or quarterly audits.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
