Introduction:
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the project financial planning including MTP and monthly refresh cycles across the business area
- To manage the workforce data in coordination with Business Management and Tech delivery teams in the forecasting tool
- To manage the details of non resource budget in the forecasting tool in coordination with the tech delivery teams and finance
- Taking ownership of the forecasting tool and updating the data on behalf of stakeholders as and when required.
- To work with delivery teams to ensure the actuals follow forecast and help them re-plan following the agreed process
- To publish bespoke reports with different data points based on the needs of the management to take informed decisions
- To run the periodic checks to ensure the data quality is of the highest standard
- Provide detailed analysis to support financial decision making and problem solving

What we’re looking for:

- Should be ready to work for UK working hours
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Advanced level of MS Excel skills
- Hands on experience working with project financial data, numbers, reconciliations
- Proven track record of data and financial analysis, Outlook, MTP
- Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and Tableau
- Knowledge of Portfolio/PMO activities
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, or Finance or equivalent

- Experience working in the technology domain
- Experience in the BFSI industry / Investment bank.
