Responsibility : This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist at one of fastest growing agriculture industry located in Gujarat.

The Agronomist will be responsible below tasks,

1. Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to provide field insights. Prepare field visit reports, case studies, and recommendations to understand farmer needs and challenges in different regions.

2. Conduct regular field visits and soil analysis to assess farm conditions, diagnose field problems, and recommend tailored solutions and to cut cost & improve farmer income.

3. Develop a strong network of farmers in respective area to provide end to end support.

4. Good in communication and willing to travel in rural areas.

6. Provide technical support through on-field consultations and guidance to farmers through various channels, including phone consultations and field visits.

7. Partner with research and development teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in sustainable agriculture and organic/bio-fertilizer technology.

8. Collect and analyse data on farmer experiences and outcomes to evaluate the impact of Krushi India's products and services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
