**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Help design graphics and multimedia elements to support marketing campaigns.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to improve engagement.
- **SEO and Web Analytics**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics data.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights.
- Compile and present research findings to help inform marketing strategies.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Support the marketing team with daily administrative duties.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,697.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
