Photographer/videographer Editor

**Responsibilities**:
- Capture high-quality images and videos of lectures, workshops, live performances, parties, and special events.
- Edit and produce visually appealing content for social media, marketing, and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and advertisements.
- Maintain and update equipment.
- Ensure the quality of images and videos meets professional standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for music and the arts.
- Own professional photography and videography equipment.
- Ability to travel to various locations for events.
