Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary General Teacher to join our team at our CBSE School. As a Pre-Primary General Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 3-8 years old.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's exploration and curiosity.
- Plan and organize daily schedules and routines to ensure a balanced program of play, learning, rest, and physical activity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to parents and school management.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and events.
- Establish positive and effective relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pre-Primary General Teacher or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Valid teaching certification (CBSE or equivalent).
