**Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning**
- Teach **SST and English** to primary classes as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver **interactive lesson plans**, worksheets, and activities.
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, group work, projects, and role-play.
- Ensure conceptual clarity and develop reading, writing, and social awareness skills in students.

**Classroom Management**
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, child-friendly learning environment.
- Manage classroom time, seating, and behavior effectively.

**Assessment & Records**
- Conduct **tests, classwork, homework, assignments**, and periodic assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports.
- Provide **remedial support** for students needing extra help.

**Parent & Staff Coordination**
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), staff meetings, and school events.
- Coordinate with colleagues for planning and academic improvements.

**Co-curricular Contribution**
- Encourage students to participate in debates, storytelling, map activities, quizzes, and cultural programs.
- Support school events, celebrations, exhibitions, and competitions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
