**SKILL**:

- Design and develop PLC control systems: Create and modify PLC programs, logic, and wiring diagrams to control industrial machinery and processes.

**PLC programming**: Write, test, and debug PLC code using programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.

System integration: Integrate PLCs with other hardware and software components, such as Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other industrial control devices.

Troubleshooting and maintenance: Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues, perform preventive maintenance, and identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements.

Documentation: Create technical specifications, user manuals, and documentation for PLC systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and operators, to understand system requirements, implement control strategies, and provide technical support.

Safety and compliance: Ensure PLC systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety measures.

**RESPONSIBILITY WE ARE LOOKING**:

- PLC programming skills: Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram. Experience with industry-standard PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) is highly desirable.

Industrial automation knowledge: Familiarity with industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, motor control, and other automation technologies commonly used in manufacturing and process industries.

Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues, interpret electrical schematics and diagrams, and use diagnostic tools and software.

Communication and teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and operators. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Safety consciousness: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to industrial control systems, and the ability to design and implement safety features in PLC programs.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify system issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.

Continuous learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements in PLC technology, and emerging automation techniques.
