**Type: Full-time**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Architect** who loves design, understands modern technology, and can manage building projects from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create building designs using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for clients
- Work with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring designs to life
- Prepare technical drawings and documents
- Make sure designs follow building codes and safety rules
- Visit construction sites to check on progress and quality
- Use new technologies like VR/AR and sustainable design tools
- Keep projects on time and within budget
- Stay up to date with smart building trends and green architecture

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Licensed or working toward licensure
- Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Able to communicate clearly with the team and clients
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects

**Bonus Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with LEED or sustainable design
- Knowledge of smart buildings and IoT in architecture

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
