**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Microsoft.NET technologies
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for corporate clients and individuals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft.NET technologies
- Collaborate with the training team to create and update course materials
- Provide technical support to students during and after training sessions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality training

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in developing and delivering training on Microsoft.NET technologies
- Strong understanding of.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and other development tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent certification preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
