- Roles and Responsibilities:Data Entry & Management:Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Language Proficiency:Communicate effectively in **English, Hindi, and Telugu**.
- Handle communication and documentation as needed in the required languages.
- Typing & Documentation:Type with accuracy at a speed of **30 words per minute** or more.
- Maintain proper formatting, alignment, and presentation of documents.
- Excel & Office Applications:Work with **Microsoft Excel** to create, manage, and analyze data (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Prepare **reports, tables, and dashboards** for internal use.
- Utilize **MS Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools** for documentation and presentations.
- Administrative & Operational Support:Organize and maintain both **digital and physical files** efficiently.
- Manage office records, schedules, and communications.
- Quality Assurance & Accuracy:Perform **data validation** to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- Adhere to **company documentation standards and guidelines**.
- Technical Proficiency:Use software tools for **data sorting, filtering, and formatting**.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to software usage.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:Coordinate with **other departments** for data and information management.
- Provide **support for team projects and operational tasks** as needed.
