We are now on a hunt for an **Accounts Executive **for our Mumbai India office.

**Location: WeWork, Spectrum Tower, 5th Floor, Malad West, Ahead of Infinity Mall, Mumbai**

**Work set up: Onsite**

**Work Schedule: 6 days a week**

**Salary offer: 21K to 25K INR**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
- Invoicing of India, Philippines and Malaysia
- Payment follow up, preparation and transferring of salaries (India, Nigeria, Kenya, Malaysia) and checking of Philippines salaries
- Updating of accounts on the company website MyGLIT
- Generating Cost Report
- Accounting of clients
- Making personal payments and other bill payments
- Assisting the Assistant Manager in India Invoicing and billing for tax purpose
- Contracting
- Making changes and rectification in the company website

**Qualifications**
- With at least 1 year accounting experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Basics of accounting should be clear
- Good Communication Skills
- Tech Savvy
- Ready to take charge of the financial transactions by administering accounting operations to support the financial performance of the company.
- Should be familiar with payroll, invoices and cost report preparations.
- Should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Those with good experience into Finance and International accounting and compliances designation will be an advantage
