**Position**: Reception cum Accounts & Billing Executive
**Location**:Ludhiana**
**Interview Location**:Chandigarh**
**Training**:Ludhiana (7-10 Days, Unpaid & Flexible)**

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - 18,000 (Based on Interview & Experience)

**Job Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:

- Greet and assist patients/clients at the front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with doctors/staff
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient registrations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

**Accounts & Billing Duties**:

- Generate and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily cash handling
- Coordinate with the finance team for account reconciliation and reporting
- Assist in GST filing, billing queries, and documentation

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in reception, billing, or accounts (Freshers can apply)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or accounting software preferred
- Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
