Civil Site Supervisor

Manage daily site operations, ensuring that work progresses according to plan and schedule.
- Ensure all safety standards and regulations are adhered to on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that construction meets design specifications, standards, and client expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and usage of materials and equipment on-site to minimize waste and delays.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team, project manager, and other stakeholders (clients, contractors, etc.).
- Regularly inspect the site for potential hazards, damage, or other concerns that could impact safety or project timelines.
- Address and resolve any on-site problems or delays, collaborating with the project manager to find solutions.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.
- Monitor project costs on-site, keeping track of expenses to stay within the project’s budget.
- Provide training to new workers, helping them understand site procedures, safety protocols, and job expectations.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
