_**Roles & Responsibility**:_
- Perform physical examinations and assess patient health.
- Take medical histories to determine symptoms and conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
- Diagnose illnesses and health conditions, including infectious diseases, chronic conditions, and acute injuries.
- Provide treatment for a range of conditions, prescribing medications, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
- Perform minor medical procedures (e.g., wound suturing, dressing, basic surgeries).
- Offer medical advice to patients regarding preventive health, lifestyle changes, and health promotion.
- Counsel patients on the management of chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, etc.
- Explain medical conditions and treatment plans to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Work with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and pharmacists, to coordinate patient care.
- Refer patients to specialists or for advanced tests and procedures when required.
