**Job Summary**:
SP DESIGN DEVELOPERS LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Purchase Assistant (Fresher)** to support our procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to learn the fundamentals of purchasing and supply chain in a fast-paced construction environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination, order processing, and inventory support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Purchase Department in daily procurement activities
- Collect quotations from suppliers and help with basic price comparisons
- Help prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Maintain and update purchase records and vendor databases
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with site supervisors and storekeepers to understand material needs
- Support in verifying invoices and delivery notes
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of procurement records
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and support tasks in the department

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn procurement and inventory systems
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and handle tasks under supervision

**Preferred Skills (not mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of basic purchase documentation (PO, invoice, delivery challan)
- Exposure to ERP/Tally (if any)
- Interest in construction materials and logistics
