RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complying with all financial regulations.
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
- Well versed with Tally and other related accounting software, including MS Excel, word etc.
- Must be fully aware of banking environment and have knack of getting things done.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting and sharing timely information to the management
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including financial controls, large payment
reconciliations and monitoring
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage timely salary dispersal to large group of employees, with good grasp of TDS, Income
Tax and related statutory requirements
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial
forecasts.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- More education or experience may be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, be punctual, methodical, organized
and self-motivated
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behaviour.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

- Jodhpur - 342003, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 7years: 4 years (preferred)
- Accounts: 5 years (preferred)
