The Site Supervisor in horticulture is responsible for overseeing horticultural operations at designated sites, ensuring the highest standards of landscaping and plant care. This role involves managing a team of horticultural workers, coordinating with clients and project managers, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily horticulture operations at the site, including planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of landscapers, gardeners, and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor the health and quality of plants, ensuring proper care and maintenance practices to meet client and company standards.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their horticultural needs, address any concerns, and provide regular updates on progress.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory of tools, plants, and other materials, ensuring that all resources are available and maintained.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Reporting: Document site activities, track project timelines, and prepare reports on progress, challenges, and completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field.
- Proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or site management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of horticultural best practices, plant care, and landscape maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in using landscaping equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and pest management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.
