**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the Teaching Curriculum Guidelines (TCG).
- Create engaging, interactive, and practical lessons tailored to students' learning needs.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Effectively utilize smartboards and other digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Incorporate multimedia, simulations, and virtual labs to facilitate practical understanding.
- **Student Engagement and Development**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor and support students’ academic progress.
- **Interactive and Practical Teaching**:

- Facilitate extracurricular workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administration to support students' holistic development.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional workshops as required.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Ensure a disciplined, safe, and conducive learning environment.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and constructively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in English from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience as a PGT or equivalent.
- **Skill Set**:

- Proficiency in using technology and smart teaching tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
