Maintenance Fitter

_**Post : Maintenance Fitter ( STP & ETP Unit)**_

Ø **Makes regular inspection tours of plant equipment and raw water pumps to check for proper operations, perform preventive maintenance, and make repairs.**

Ø **Ensure sufficient task analysis is completed to carry work out safely.**

Ø **Perform assigned duties in a timely and safe manner.**

Ø **General fitting including the use of: Gear reduction Units of all size and type, Couplings, Sludge Feed Pumps and other Critical Process Pumps, Hydraulic Cylinders, Pump Impeller Rotating Assemblies.**

Ø **Ensure all work is carried out as per SOP’s and all the documentation should complete on time.**

Ø **Ability to sketch and accurately measure mechanical components from Gearboxes, Pumps and other Drive Equipment.**

Ø **Perform mechanical repairs, manufacture components and other duties as directed by the mechanical supervisor.**

Ø **Foreman & workman activities**

Ø **Machine repair & Preventives maintenance of pumps**

Ø **Plan Welding operations and Troubleshooting**

Ø **Ensuring housekeeping and sanitation in production area**

Ø **Welding of Pipes, equipment’s & fixtures.**

**Locations : Balotra & Pachpadra - Rajasthan**

**Experience : 3 to 5 Year ( STP & ETP Experience)**

**Salary : 20000/- to 30000/-**

**Qualifications : 10th, 12th, ITI Fitter and other.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
