**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal use.
- Support in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Assist with audits, both internal and external, as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Handle any additional tasks related to accounts as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in a CA Firm.**:

- **Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
