Position : IELTS Counselor

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with students.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assess students educational needs and help them choose the right program i.e IELTS, TOEFL and PTE.
- Offer personalized counselling and advice on study options.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract more students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions and agencies.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
