Bodyshop Advisor

We're hiring**:
**Bodyshop Advisor** is responsible for interaction with the Customer during

vehicle receiving / delivery and expedite Insurance repair estimation, claim

intimation, survey, vehicle repairs and timely vehicle delivery.

**Experience : 1-7 Years**
**TIMING : 9 AM - 7 PM**

1. Receiving the Customers & ensure speedy repair of vehicles through clear identification of Customer needs.

2. Customer interaction; collection of all claim related documents; claim file completion with all documents

3. Organise timely vehicle survey by Insurance company.

4. Provide clear cost estimates & repairs approved under Insurance.

5. Ensure completion of vehicle repairs at the promised time & vehicle delivery to the customers.

6. Monitor the work progress and keep Customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.

7. Check and ensure completion of repairs (before vehicle delivery) and vehicle cleanliness.

8. Conduct vehicle road test after completion of repair and ensure vehicle performance is OK.

9. Inform the Customer about vehicle readiness.

10. Provide explaination of repairs done & charges (depreciation in case of insurance claim)

11. Assist Customer in payment and smooth vehicle delivery.

12. Explain about any Non-MGA unapproved fittment in the vehicle and possible consequences like fire etc.

13. Conduct post-repair follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check Customer satisfaction.

14. Take all necessary actions to resolve Customer complaints within 48 hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
