**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Design and create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce content for campaigns, promotional videos, and product showcases.
- **Storyboarding and Concept Development**:

- Develop storyboards and visual concepts for animations and motion graphics projects.
- Translate creative briefs into effective and engaging video content.
- **Post-Production Work**:

- Edit raw video footage, add visual effects, transitions, sound, and animations to create polished final outputs.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms and formats.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity and design guidelines across all motion graphics content.
- Adapt designs and animations to align with campaign goals and target audiences.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to produce cutting-edge motion designs.
- Experiment with new formats and styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into campaigns.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming and campaign development sessions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida Sector 45, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
