**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Hardware Installation: Install and configure computer hardware, including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.

2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair hardware faults, including diagnosing and replacing faulty components.

3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, servicing, Quality Checking(QC), updating drivers, and running diagnostics, testing.

4. Upgrades: Upgrade hardware components, including RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards.

5. Networking: Configure and troubleshoot network connections.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware installations, repairs, and maintenance.

7. Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure smooth and positive working environment.

8. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome

**Requirements**:
1. Education: 10 ,12 +, Diploma or degree in related field will be an added advantage.

2. Certifications: Computer related or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.

3. Experience: 1+ years of experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance.

4. Technical Skills:

- Proficient in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components, including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and hard drives.
- Familiarity with operating systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Passion for technology and sustainable practices.
- Valid driver’s license and experience with riding a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

5. Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good, humble and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed.
- Should be proactive and take initiative to support the team and be a team player.
