Job Title: Import-Export and International Sales & Marketing Executive Position
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans targeting international markets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, understand competitors, and assess customer needs.
- Create and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at global trade shows and industry events. Import-Export Operations:

- Manage the end-to-end import-export process, including documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Oversee and troubleshoot shipping and logístical issues, coordinating with third-party service providers. Business Development:

- Identify and engage potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet company goals. Hiring and Talent Acquisition:

- Participate in recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for the company.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all import-export transactions and sales activities.
- Generate insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and standards. Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import-export operations, international sales, and marketing, ideally with a track record of achieving high performance and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and import-export software, or any CRM software.

Salary and Benefits: The compensation package will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance. For freshers, a compulsory 6-month training or internship is required, after which a higher CTC will be offered based on performance.
