The Sales Trainer is responsible for equipping the sales team with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to achieve business targets. The role involves conducting training sessions, coaching, and continuous skill development to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective **sales training programs** (product, process, and soft skills).
- Conduct **onboarding sessions** for new sales employees.
- Evaluate and identify **training needs** through performance metrics and feedback.
- Create engaging **training materials**, modules, and assessments.
- Facilitate **workshops, role plays, and field coaching**.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Keep up with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
