**General Office Duties**:

- **Tea/Coffee Preparation**: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, or other beverages to staff and guests.
- **Office Errands**: Running errands such as delivering documents, collecting mail, or picking up office supplies.
- **Handling Office Equipment**: Ensuring printers, photocopiers, and other office equipment are stocked with paper and other necessary supplies.

**Administrative Support**:

- **Document Handling**: Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- **Mail Handling**: Sorting, delivering, and dispatching mail and packages.
- **Stationery Management**: Monitoring and replenishing office stationery supplies.
- **Assisting with Meetings**: Setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and preparing any necessary materials.

**Visitor Management**:

- **Welcoming Guests**: Greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and guiding them to the appropriate person or office.
- **Assisting with Hospitality**: Helping with catering arrangements for meetings or events.

**Support to Staff**:

- **Assisting with Simple Tasks**: Helping staff with tasks like moving files, organizing documents, or setting up workspaces.
- **Delivering Documents**: Carrying documents between departments or to external locations.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Reporting Issues**: Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the office manager.
- **Assisting with Inventory**: Keeping track of office supplies and informing the management when stocks are low.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensuring that doors and windows are securely locked at the end of the day, if required.
