- **GDS process - Experience - HSC/Grads with at least 1 year of extensive GDS knowledge & experience in Amadeus and Sabre. **_
- **1 year of on-paper customer service experience **_
- **Rounds of interview
- HR, Amcat, Writex test, ops**_
- **Strictly follow IBU transport boundaries of Malad**_
- **Shifts - 24*7 rotational**_
- **Week off - 2 rotational week offs**_
- **Comms level - STRICTLY Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of comms)**_
- **Salary
- up to 42k in hand, depending on last drawn salary**_
