We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting items from inventory (picking) and preparing orders for shipment (packing) in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer orders and shipping requirements.
- Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are packed and shipped.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.
- Label products and packages correctly and affix shipping labels as needed.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure that only high-quality items are sent out.
- Organize products on shelves and maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear necessary protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Perform other duties as required by the warehouse supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,042.40 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
