**Job Description**:
**Business Requirements Analysis**:

- **Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for order management and fulfillment.**:

- **Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Manhattan OMS system.
**System Configuration and Customization**:

- **Configure the Manhattan OMS to align with specific business processes.**:

- **Develop customizations and extensions to enhance functionality, as needed.
**Technical Solution Development**:

- **Design and implement technical solutions within Manhattan OMS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.**:

- **Write, test, and debug code as part of system customization and integration efforts.
**Integration**:

- **Facilitate integration of Manhattan OMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS).**:

- **Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
**Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- **Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets requirements.**:

- **Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve any issues.
**Training and User Support**:

- **Conduct training sessions for users on the Manhattan OMS system.**:

- **Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users.
**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:

- **Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.**:

- **Implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
**Ongoing Support and Maintenance**:

- **Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements.
**Documentation**:

- **Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **A minimum of 4-11 years of experience in a functional or techno-functional role with Manhattan OMS.**:

- **Experience with system integration and interfacing with external systems.**:

- **Proven experience in implementing and customizing Manhattan Order Management System.**:

- **Strong understanding of order management processes in a retail or supply chain environment.
**Secondary Skills**:

- **Relevant certifications in Manhattan OMS or related technologies are a plus.**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
