**Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, deliveries, and inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify physical stock matches system records.
- **Procurement Coordination**:
- Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders based on inventory requirements.
- Ensure goods received match purchase orders in terms of quantity and quality.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve issues related to discrepancies or delays.
- **Storage and Organization**:
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials for easy access and retrieval.
- Implement effective storage practices, such as labeling and categorizing items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store area.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
- Prepare and submit periodic inventory and consumption reports to management.
- Document and report damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory items.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Supervise and guide store personnel in daily operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
- **Security and Safety**:
- Ensure the store is secure against theft, loss, or damage.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- **Cost Control**:
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs without compromising availability.
- Identify and mitigate waste, loss, or inefficiency in store operations.
- **Coordination with Departments**:
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure the availability of required materials.
- Communicate effectively to address urgent material requirements or stock issues.
