Key Result Areas
- Vendor Identification, Evaluation, Vendor code creation in ERP System
- Material Code Creation in ERP system
- RFQ Management for Site Indirect Procurement of material and services - low value in line with CPC and DOA
- Analyse the material Specification, Cost Comparison, Lead Time & Other commercial terms
- Purchase orders Creation-Post approval as per DOA
- Knowledge of procurement of Site-Specific Consumables and Engineering Items basis available inventory at site - Lead Time and Safety Stock maintenance
- Material Requirements Planning and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of EWM will be an added advantage
- Process orientation, Commercial controls and audit adherence
- Knowledge of Service Codes and Rate Contracts
- Commercial acumen on Indirect Taxation
- Knowledge on Scrap sales and transactions
- Knowledge of site contracting activities, should have handled the following site contracting activities:

- Welding (piping + structural)
- Scaffolding
- Painting & insulation
- Supply of labor
- Hiring of P&M (crane, hydra etc)
- Equipment erection & testing
- Cable laying, cable testing, cable tray erection
- Electrical equipment - erection & commissioning
- Instrumentation equipment - erection & commissioning
- Calibration contractor hiring
- Housekeeping & sundry HR requirements.
- Knowledge of best safety practices (understanding of vessel entry process, LOTO, work permit, work at height, etc).
- Understanding of Labor laws, statutory compliances.
