We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our on-site team at **Connaught Place, Delhi** and help scale our brand presence through innovative and impactful digital strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms**.
- Manage **SEO/SEM**, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies.
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging **social media content** (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Explore new trends and tools to keep our digital presence competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1+ years of hands-on experience** in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics tools**.
- Experience in **social media management** and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of **performance metrics, ROI, and lead generation strategies**.
- Basic knowledge of content creation & ability to brief designers for creatives.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Must be available for **on-site work at our Connaught Place office**.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **influencer marketing and collaborations**.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiarity with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand marketing.
