**Responsibilities**:
Video Editing:Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Ensure smooth transitions, precise timing, and seamless integration of audio and video elements.

Graphic Design:Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital and print media.
Design engaging visual content, such as infographics, social media posts, banners, logos, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling relevant and engaging content.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize content and identify growth opportunities.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and other designers, to ensure brand consistency across all media channels.
Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work within given timelines.
Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall visual quality of projects.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, preferably in a similar role.

Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design skills, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Solid understanding of branding principles and ability to align visual content with brand guidelines.

Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and also collaborate effectively within a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
