We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Admissions Counsellor to be a part of our institution. You should be able to guide students with academic selections and admissions. You should be able to explain various course offerings to students and how they can benefit from it.

You should also be able to assist them in gathering required documents for the admission. Besides, you should be able to interview students and understand their career goals. Moreover, you should be able to arrange campus tours and coordinate various networking events.

As an Admissions Counsellor, you should have an excellent listening ear and complete knowledge of the latest educational developments. Furthermore, you should be willing to work for flexible hours and travel to different locations

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage & convert leads for our programs
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions.
- Provide relevant advice on educational opportunities, admission requirements, financial assistance and related matters to prospects and students
- Meet and overachieve the given sales target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency). And other regional languages
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
- **Qualifications for Admissions Counsellor**

- An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred
- Min 1 years of experience in the similar field
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a willingness to travel as needed
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults
- Willingness to travel and present information for recruitment purposes
- Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively
- Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.

**Salary**: ₹11,455.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
