- Respond promptly to emergency calls and transport patients to designated medical facilities.
- Assist Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics with lifting and transferring patients.
- Ensure the ambulance is fully equipped, clean, and ready for operation at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, brakes, tires, and emergency equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient transport and mileage.
- Comply with infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical staff, and emergency personnel.
- Provide basic first aid assistance when required.
