**Job Description: Full-Time Marketing Executive**

**Location: Ambala, Haryana, India (Axle Shaft India Office)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Production**:
Shoot videos showcasing Axle Shaft India's products, facilities, and customer testimonials.

Coordinate with dealers and business owners to capture remote testimonials and videos.

Discuss video strategy with business owners and convey requirements to the Branding Pioneers team.

**Marketing Strategy**:
Coordinate with Branding Pioneers to understand marketing requirements and develop effective strategies and plans.

Convey marketing strategies and plans to the business owners for approval and implementation.

Create compelling content and promotional messages to drive engagement and conversions.

**Listing on B2B Sites**:
Identify and list Axle Shaft India on relevant B2B websites to expand the company's online presence and reach a wider audience.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided on these platforms.

**Social Media Management**:
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive customer interactions.

Share social media posts on relevant platforms and groups to increase visibility and engagement.

**Online Reviews Management**:
Monitor and respond to online reviews from customers on platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, and industry-specific review sites.

Address customer concerns, provide assistance, and maintain a positive online reputation.

Visual Content Creation:
Capture visuals of the business, staff, products, and customers to use in social media posts and other marketing materials.

Ensure high-quality visuals that align with the brand's image and messaging.

**Website Link Sharing**:
Share Axle Shaft India's website links on relevant websites, forums, and directories to increase traffic and improve search engine optimization (SEO).

Identify and engage with industry-specific platforms to enhance brand visibility.

**Citations and Backlinks**:
Generate citations and backlinks from reputable sources to improve SEO and enhance the company's online presence.

Collaborate with the Branding Pioneers team to identify opportunities for link building and citation generation.

**Online Profile Management**:
Update images and videos on Axle Shaft India's online profiles, including the website, social media platforms, and industry directories.

Ensure consistent branding and accurate representation of the company across all online profiles.

**Reporting**:
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, including social media performance, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.

Analyse data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.

**Stakeholder Approvals**:
Obtain necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders, including business owners and management, for marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in video production and editing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing platforms and directories.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
