**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Merchandiser / Quality Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our merchandising and quality control efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies and plans.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits at various stages of the production process.
- Identify and report any quality issues or defects, working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control and compliance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Support the sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring that products meet client specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising and quality control teams as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as fashion merchandising, têxtile technology, or quality management, is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Basic understanding of apparel production processes and supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
