Pre-primary Motherteacher

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging students as per the level.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and promote critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and participation.
- Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare students for exams by helping them develop effective study habits.
- Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning environment.
- Communicate with parents about students' academic performance and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Complete academic should be from english medium School/College.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- NTT/B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and create a dynamic learning environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
