**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Management**:
Handle end-to-end operations for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- **Listing & Cataloging**:
Create and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
- **Pricing & Inventory Control**:
Monitor stock levels and pricing strategy to ensure optimal availability and competitiveness.
- **Campaign & Promotion Execution**:
Plan and run deals, offers, sponsored ads (PPC), and promotional campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
Track daily sales, return rates, reviews, and other key metrics; generate reports and dashboards.
- **Customer Experience**:
Coordinate with the customer care team to resolve queries, manage feedback, and improve ratings.
- **Collaboration**:
Work with the design and marketing teams for A+ content, banners, and creatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces, especially Amazon & Flipkart.
- Good Excel skills; knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Hector, or similar is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
