**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership**:
Lead and manage large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects, specifically focusing on Procurement, PDH, Inventory, and Costing modules.

Drive initiatives to streamline and enhance operational efficiency in a third-party logistics environment.

Business Process Analysis:
Independently conduct requirement workshops to gather and document the AS-IS business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.

Solution Modeling and Design:
Model requirements within Oracle Cloud to create efficient and effective future-state processes.

Design complex interfaces with third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals and updates.

Work closely with stakeholders to achieve project milestones and ensure timely closure of tasks.

Autonomy and Initiative:
Complete tasks with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

**Qualifications**:
7-10 years of experience leading Oracle Cloud transformation projects, specifically in Procurement, PDH, Inventory, and Costing modules.

Strong business knowledge and experience in a third-party logistics setup.

Proven ability to independently drive requirement workshops and document AS-IS processes.

Expertise in modeling and designing future-state processes in Oracle Cloud.

Solid understanding of designing and implementing complex interfaces with third-party systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.

Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules or other ERP systems.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
