Project Officer

**Urgently hiring for Consultants in Bhagalpur, Begusarai & Banka**

**This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following**
- Deliverables: She will independently own the Tathyakendram platform in selected facilities and will assist and direct patients that have come in for treatment.
- She will probe the patient for any support required and resolve his/her queries.
- She will be well aware about the services available in the facilities and guide the patient for the same
- She will facilitate the patients to register any grievances if they have.
- She will motivate the patients to provide feedback regarding hospital services and facilitate capturing of same

She will use the IT tool to track the various services given in Tathyakendram
- She will share the reports timely with internal and external stakeholders
- She will collaborate with hospital administrators and staffs for smooth functioning of Tathyakendram.

**Desirable Qualification & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluency in Hindi/local language is essential.

**Essential Skills**:

- 1-2 Years of Experience of working with Health or any other department
- Freshers can also apply

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
