Curate Fashionable Outfits: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to curate stylish and appealing outfits for babies and toddlers, keeping up with the latest trends and themes.

Product Selection: Handpick clothing, accessories, and footwear to create visually appealing ensembles that cater to different occasions and styles.

Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends for babies and children, and incorporate them into outfit selections.

Photoshoot Coordination: Organize and assist in photoshoots, ensuring that the selected outfits are showcased effectively and attractively.

Content Creation: Participate in content creation for marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters, showcasing the curated outfits and providing styling tips to parents.

Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to align styling choices with seasonal promotions and campaigns.

Inventory Management: Monitor product availability and collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that selected products are in stock.

Performance Analysis: Track the performance of curated outfits and gather customer feedback to continuously improve styling choices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a stylist, preferably in the baby or children's fashion industry.

Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and styles for babies and toddlers.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Degree or certification in fashion design or a related field (preferred).
