Welder/fabricator

The Welder is responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques to fabricate or repair equipment, structures, or components. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, ARC, and/or gas welding techniques.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, or grinding.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Use measuring tools to ensure dimensions meet specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Assist with the setup of fabrication and assembly processes as needed.
- Document work performed and report any defects or issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a welder in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with welding tools, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Manual dexterity, physical strength, and good hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and materials.

Pay: ₹9,165.90 - ₹22,663.96 per month
