We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer specializing in streetwear to join our team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and trendsetting designs that capture the essence of our brand. You will work closely with our creative team to develop unique concepts and translate them into visually appealing garments and accessories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Trend Research: Stay up to date with current fashion trends, street culture, and emerging styles relevant to the streetwear industry.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes that align with our brand identity.
- Sketching and Designing: Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for garments and accessories, considering factors like silhouette, fabrics, trims, and prints.
- Fabric and Material Selection: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the design vision.
- Prototyping and Sampling: Oversee the prototyping and sampling process, working closely with pattern makers, sample sewers, and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and fit.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of samples and production garments to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaboration with Graphic Designers: Collaborate with graphic designers to incorporate unique graphics, logos, and prints into the designs, ensuring a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Market and Consumer Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure our designs are innovative and appealing to our target audience.
- Presentation and Communication: Present design concepts and prototypes to the creative team and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and vision.
- Adherence to Timelines: Manage multiple projects and work within given timelines to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably with a focus on streetwear or urban fashion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and understanding of streetwear aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and production processes.
- Keen eye for color, proportion, and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for streetwear fashion and a deep understanding of the target audience.
