**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of architectural concepts and design strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure technical coherence.
- Participate in project documentation from schematic design through construction stages.
- Conduct research on materials, codes, sustainability practices, and design innovations.
- Attend project meetings and conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution preferably from SPA & NIT.
- professional experience in architectural design and planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, and building systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple project tasks.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
